This list of subscribers is a powerful tool, and many bloggers fail to realize its potential.

An email list gives you control over your promotional information. Unlike social media sites that can change their algorithms, lose popularity, or shut down completely, your list will remain as long as you maintain it. In addition, this list of people is already interested in you and what you blog about. Therefore, they’re more suited to buy your digital products or classes than the general public. Plus, they’re likely willing to trust your opinion on affiliate recommendations. An email list allows you to keep in touch with your subscribers whenever you have something relevant to share. This keeps you at the top of their mind and gives you an audience for your promotion, newsletter, or other communications like new blog posts.

You need to make it easy for people to subscribe. Be sure your subscription box is clean looking and to the point. You also want to include it on every page of your site, not just the home page, so folks have a better chance of seeing it.

3. Guest Blogging

It’s likely the blogger will allow a link to your blog where you can convert new readers to subscribers; you may even be able to link directly to your lead magnet.
